The Greek NGO European Net against Violence is organizing an exhibition agains the female violence in Greece, in collaboration and studio Baumstrasse, a multi-arts venue hosting a diverse range of art and artistic expression, located in the heart of Athens, in Votanikos. It is also home to the ‘Dromos me Dentra’ theatrical group.

Eight is a collective space activated in the centre of Athens that attempts to explore the possibilities of a critical intervention in an ever-changing precarious landscape. Bringing together forms of artistic, political and theoretical production, urban research and social action and building on radical experiments of recent years it seeks to investigate forms of continuity and instituting that challenge neoliberal demands of sustainability.

Over 21 organizations under the auspices of the General Secretariat for Demographic Family Policy and Gender Equality (GSFP). F), the Municipality of Athens, with the support of the Directorate of Social Solidarity, and the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE), joined forces in a festival that informed, awakened and mobilized against the phenomenon of violence against women that has taken dangerous dimensions and highlights a huge social problem.

6 August - 4 September 2023 Wild Summer of Art Part II

The first edition of Wild Summer of Art will take place from 1 July to 4 September 2022. A huge exhibition modeled on the annual Summer Exhibition of the Royal Academy of Arts in London. In Wild Summer of Art a total of 180 artists are in the spotlight this year. The work is not only on display, but also for sale, with the entire amount going to the artist. The ambitions for Wild Summer of Art are to repeat this exhibition every year in the summer, just like the Summer Exhibition.
