Pollution is a confrontational performance about the systemic violence against women.

Explaining trauma from A to Z is what artist Theodora Kotsi-Felici does in this poetic solo performance. Combining her own experience with her long-term research, Kotsi-Felici knows how to treat trauma and re-traumatization with seriousness, but also with the necessary playfulness and lightness and with an eye on solutions. She does this through a combination of dance, poetry, shadow theatre and the Cyr-Wheel, a playful element originating from circus.

Pollution deals not only with the unpleasant reality of chronic violence against women, but also with the traumatizing Justice and Mental Health care systems. It is meant for the general public (16+) and for professional psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists and  policy makers.
