Het Nieuwe Warmoezeniersproject

'Het Nieuwe Warmoezeniersproject' is a research project based on the history of the greenhouses in the village of Lent (Nijmegen/The Netherlands). The demolition of the greenhouses in Lent came with the construction of more than 7000 new houses. This not only influenced the population growth but altered permanently the identity of the village. This project includes a proposal to the Municipality of Nijmegen for an installation in the public space. During the demolition of one of the greenhouses in Lent, built by the Ruitenbeek company, I managed to preserve two small greenhouses (in total 104 square metres). These materials were displayed in an exhibition, emphasizing on the essence and value of historical awareness.Next to it i displayed the 3D Animation 'Het Nieuwe Warmoezeniersproject'.
